Samsung has announced that the music streaming app Samsung Music Hub will cease to exist in a month and a half.
The company sent an email to Samsung Music Hub users, warning them that the app will be shut down on July 1. Samsung is urging its users to to download any music purchased through the app if they want to keep it.
The app has been around since July 2012 and it lets users store uploaded or purchased music online. Samsung Music Hub allows you to stream the downloaded music to multiple devices.
It looks like Samsung is turning its attention to Milk, a music streaming app that was launched in March. Milk is ad-free and it can be customized to fit each individual user’s taste.
