Energy stocks rose 1.0% on Wall Street on Friday.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average pushed 0.3% higher, the Nasdaq increased 0.3% and the S&P 500 climbed 0.3%.

• Kosmos Energy Ltd (KOS[2]): KOS stock is up 3.2% today.

• Advantage Oil & Gas Ltd (AAV[3]): AAV stock is up 3.0% today.

• Northern Oil and Gas (NOG[4]): NOG stock is up 2.9% today.

• Peabody Energy Corp (BTU[5]): BTU stock is up 2.8%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Bill Barrett Corp (BBG[6]): BBG stock is up 2.6%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Exco Resources NL (XCO[7]): XCO stock is up 2.4%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• McDermott International (MDR[8]): MDR stock is up 2.3% today.

• Cimarex Energy Co (XEC[9]): XEC stock is up 2.3%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Concho Resources Inc (CXO[10]): CXO stock is up 2.2%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.
