Financial stocks finished flat on Tuesday on Wall Street.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average remained flat, the Nasdaq pushed 0.2% higher and the S&P 500 stayed the same.

Some of the biggest gainers among financial stocks include:

• Aetna Inc (AET[1]): AET stock is up 1.4% to a new 52-week high of $80.27.

• Cno Financial Group (CNO[2]): CNO stock is up 1.2% today.

• Gabelli Equity Trust (GAB[3]): GAB stock is up 1.2% today.

• KB Financial Group Inc (KB[4]): KB stock is up 1.0%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Royce Value Trust (RVT[5]): RVT stock is up 0.9%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Kearny Financial (KRNY[6]): KRNY stock is up 0.9%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Humana Inc (HUM[7]): HUM stock is up 0.9% today.

• Virtus Investment Partners (VRTS[8]): VRTS stock is up 0.9% today.

• Kayne Anderson MLP Investment Company (KYN[9]): KYN stock is up 0.9%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• JP Morgan Chase & Co (JPM[10]): JPM stock is up 0.8%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has increased.
