Utilities stocks remained flat so far on Tuesday on Wall Street.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.1%, the Nasdaq was unchanged and the S&P 500 fell 0.1%.

Some of the biggest gainers among utilities stocks include:

• Covanta Holding Corp (CVA[1]): CVA stock is up 5.4%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• PPL Corp (PPL[2]): PPL stock is up 2.7% today.

• Comp En De Mn Cemig Ads (CIG[3]): CIG stock is up 0.8%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Firstenergy Corp (FE[4]): FE stock is up 1.1% today.

• Companhia Paranaense De Energia (ELP[5]): ELP stock is up 0.3%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Transalta Corp (TAC[6]): TAC stock is up 0.5% today.

• Markwest Energy Partners LP (MWE[7]): MWE stock is up 0.3%, marking the seventh consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Trident Performance Group (TCP[8]): TCP stock is up 0.5%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Exelon Corp (EXC[9]): EXC stock is up 0.5% today.

• Kinder Morgan Energy Partners L.P. (KMP[10]): KMP stock is up 0.3% today.

Some of the biggest losers among utilities stocks include:

• Huaneng Power Intl (HNP[11]): HNP stock is down 4.8%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Korea Electric Power Corp (KEP[12]): KEP stock is down 1.6% today.

• Ormat Technologies (ORA[13]): ORA stock is down 1.3% today.

• Northwest Natural Gas Company (NWN[14]): NWN stock is down 1.3% today.

• Cheniere Energy (LNG[15]): LNG stock is down 0.9% today.

• Cheniere Energy Partners LP (CQP[16]): CQP stock is down 1.2%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
