Fortune is out with its annual list of the largest U.S. companies[1], ranked by annual revenue.

Once again, Walmart (WMT[3]) topped ExxonMobil (XOM[4]) to lead the Fortune 500 2014 list, while tech giant Apple (AAPL[5]) moved up one spot to number 5.
Here are the top 10 companies in the Fortune 500 list for 2014[6]:
- Walmart
- ExxonMobil
- Chevron (CVX[7])
- Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A[8], BRK.B[9])
- Apple
- Phillips 66 (PSX[10])
- General Motors (GM[11])
- Ford Motor (F[12])
- General Electric (GE[13])
- Valero Energy (VLO[14])
