Capital goods stocks finished up 0.3% on Wall Street on Thursday.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.1%, the Nasdaq was unchanged and the S&P 500 was up 0.1%.

Some of the biggest gainers among capital goods stocks include:

• Sensata Technologies Holding N.V. (ST[2]): ST stock is up 1.8% to a new 52-week high of $45.34.

• Forest City Ent Cl A (FCE.A[3]): FCE.A stock is up 1.2%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Tennant Company (TNC[4]): TNC stock is up 1.1% today.

• Armstrong World Industries Inc (AWI[5]): AWI stock is up 1.0%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Cemex S.A.B. De C.V. Sponsored (CX[6]): CX stock is up 1.0% today.

• Altra Holdings (AIMC[7]): AIMC stock is up 0.9%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Masco Corp (MAS[8]): MAS stock is up 0.9% today.

• Joy Global Inc (JOY[9]): JOY stock is up 0.8%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Aecom Technology Corp (ACM[10]): ACM stock is up 0.7%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.
