Capital goods stocks finished flat on Wednesday on Wall Street.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average pushed 0.5% higher, the Nasdaq increased 0.6% and the S&P 500 climbed 0.5%.

Some of the biggest gainers among capital goods stocks include:

• KB Home (KBH[2]): KBH stock is up 1.7%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Standard Pacific LP (SPF[3]): SPF stock is up 1.7% today.

• Forest City Ent Cl A (FCE.A[4]): FCE.A stock is up 1.5% today.

• Heico Cp Cl A (HEI.A[5]): HEI.A stock is up 1.4% today.

• KBR Inc (KBR[6]): KBR stock is up 1.4% today.

• Lennar Corp (LEN.B[7]): LEN.B stock is up 1.3% today.

• James Hardie Industries Se (JHX[8]): JHX stock is up 1.3% today.

• Louisiana-Pacific Corp (LPX[9]): LPX stock is up 1.3% today.

• Lennar Corp (LEN[10]): LEN stock is up 1.1% today.

Some of the biggest losers among capital goods stocks include:

• Manitowoc Company (MTW[11]): MTW stock is down 0.7% today.

• Foster Wheeler Ag. (FWLT[12]): FWLT stock is down 0.6%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Flir Systems (FLIR[13]): FLIR stock is down 0.5%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Chart Industries (GTLS[14]): GTLS stock is down 0.5%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Flowserve Corp (FLS[15]): FLS stock is down 0.4%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• NVR Inc (NVR[16]): NVR stock is down 0.4% today.

• Nordson Corp (NDSN[17]): NDSN stock is down 0.4% today.

• Martin Marietta Materials (MLM[18]): MLM stock is down 0.4%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
