Consumer noncyclical stocks declined on Wall Street on Tuesday, down 0.4%.
More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.6%, the Nasdaq stayed consistent and the S&P 500 was down 0.6%.
Some of the biggest gainers among consumer noncyclical stocks include:
- Vina Concha Y Toro (VCO[1]): VCO stock is up 0.7% today.
- Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (MJN[2]): MJN stock is up 0.4% to $93.32, near the 52-week high of $93.40.
- Coca-Cola Company (KO[3]): KO stock is up 0.3% to $41.85, near the 52-week high of $41.88.
- Colgate-Palmolive Company (CL[4]): CL stock is up 0.2% today.
- Clorox Company (CLX[5]): CLX stock is up 0.2% today.
Some of the biggest losers among consumer noncyclical stocks include:
- Universal Corp (UVV[6]): UVV stock is down 1.7% today.
- Revlon Inc (REV[7]): REV stock is down 1.7%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Boston Beer Company (SAM[8]): SAM stock is down 1.2%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Ecolab Inc (ECL[9]): ECL stock is down 1.1% today.
- General Mills (GIS[10]): GIS stock is down 1.1%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Bunge Limited (BG[11]): BG stock is down 1.0%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Brown Forman Inc A (BF.A[12]): BF.A stock is down 1.0% today.
- Avon Products (AVP[13]): AVP stock is down 1.0% today.
- Hain Celestial Group (HAIN[14]): HAIN stock is down 0.9%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
