Technology stocks rose 0.2% on Wall Street on Wednesday.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 0.2%, the Nasdaq was up 0.4% and the S&P 500 rose 0.2%.

Some of the biggest gainers among technology stocks include:

• Methode Electronics (MEI[1]): MEI stock is up 3.8%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Broadcom Corp (BRCM[2]): BRCM stock is up 3.3% to a new 52-week high of $37.07.

• Power Integrations (POWI[3]): POWI stock is up 3.2% today.

• RF Micro Devices (RFMD[4]): RFMD stock is up 3.0% today.

• Costar Group (CSGP[5]): CSGP stock is up 2.4% today.

• Skyworks Solutions (SWKS[6]): SWKS stock is up 2.4% to a new 52-week high of $46.76.

• Youku.Com Inc (YOKU[7]): YOKU stock is up 2.2% today.

• International Rectifier Corp (IRF[8]): IRF stock is up 2.1%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Freescale Semiconductor Holdin (FSL[9]): FSL stock is up 2.1%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Amkor Technology (AMKR[10]): AMKR stock is up 1.9% to a new 52-week high of $10.81.

Some of the biggest losers among technology stocks include:

• Semiconductor Manufacturing International (SMI[11]): SMI stock is down 9.1% today.

• Finisar Corp (FNSR[12]): FNSR stock is down 3.6%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Sohu.Com Inc (SOHU[13]): SOHU stock is down 1.7% today.

• Informatica Corp (INFA[14]): INFA stock is down 1.6%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Interdigital (IDCC[15]): IDCC stock is down 1.4% today on 3 times normal volume.

• Guidewire Software Inc. Common (GWRE[16]): GWRE stock is down 1.4% today on 2 times normal volume.

• Mentor Graphics Corp (MENT[17]): MENT stock is down 1.3%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Zynga Inc (ZNGA[18]): ZNGA stock is down 1.2%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• NCR Corp (NCR[19]): NCR stock is down 1.1% today.

• Homeaway Inc (AWAY[20]): AWAY stock is down 1.1%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
