After Lululemon received an online request from a Chicago man looking for something comfortable to wear at his wedding, one of its designers decided to make a tux meant to keep its wearer cool on his big day. Cara Sumpton designed the tux for Todd Mombach using the same fabric used in Lululemon’s yoga wear in her spare time, the Daily Mail notes.
Mombach will marry his fiancé in December. The tux was sent to him in last month.
After receiving his tux, Mombach returned to the Lululemon online forums where he had first posted his request to show his appreciation for the “Todd Tux.” He wrote: “To everyone who had a part in this, thank you so much. This tux is amazing. It fits like a glove and is just unbelievably creative and awesome.”
LULU stock dropped more than 14% in Thursday morning trading after the company lowered its full-year earnings outlook.
