The coffee shop chain has launched a new program in partnership with the Arizona State University that allows qualifying Starbucks employees to enroll in the university’s online program at a reduced price. To participate in the program, Starbucks employees must work at least 20 hours a week at company-owned Starbucks shops, the Associated Press notes.

Employees who take part in the Starbucks College Achievement Plan will get about $6,500 off the $20,000 price for the first two years of Arizona State’s online program, which has about 10,000 enrolled students. Financial aid and other grants will be available to help cover the remaining tuition balance

In the final two years of the program, Starbucks will reimburse student workers for any tuition paid out of pocket.

Workers at Starbucks-owned Teavana and Seattle’s Best chains are also eligible for the program.
