Here are your Apple rumors and AAPL news items for today:

aapl-appleEnergy: A recent rumored claims that Apple (AAPL) is working with Intelligent Energy to create fuel cells for mobile devices. This rumor, reported by The Daily Mail, claims that the fuel cells would possibly be installed in MacBooks and other Apple products. If this were to happen, the publication estimates that owners of a fuel-cell-powered device could go anywhere from days to weeks without having to charge it.

Deal: Those looking for a good deal on Macs should check out the deal between AppleInsider and Adorama. By using a code offered by AppleInsider on Adorama’s website, users can get a discount on Macs and a free 3-Year AppleCare Protection Plan. The deals being offered can save customers anywhere from $300 to $800 off of the devices’ MSRP. The deal also includes up to 30GB of cloud storage.

Price: Morgan Stanley is predicting that the Apple iWatch could cost $300. It claims that the product will be better than similar ones released by rival companies, Business Insider notes. Other smartwatches are going anywhere from $100 to $250. The $300 price prediction may be a good guess, but a recent poll done by Piper Jaffray showed that only 1% of people were interested in buying the device for that much.
