Capital goods stocks finished down on Wall Street on Thursday, down 0.6%.
More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.4%, the Nasdaq declined 0.3% and the S&P 500 fell 0.4%.

- Alliant Techsystems Inc (ATK[2]): ATK stock is up 0.5% today.
- Forest City Ent Cl A (FCE.A[3]): FCE.A stock is up 0.5% today.
- Exelis Inc. Common Stock New Wh (XLS[4]): XLS stock is up 0.4% today.
- Itt Industries (ITT[5]): ITT stock is up 0.3% today.
- Ryland Group (RYL[6]): RYL stock is up 0.1% today.
- M.D.C. Holdings (MDC[7]): MDC stock is up 0.1% today.
Some of the biggest losers among capital goods stocks include:
- Dycom Industries (DY[8]): DY stock is down 2.1%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Kennametal Inc (KMT[9]): KMT stock is down 2.1% today.
- KBR Inc (KBR[10]): KBR stock is down 2.0%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Mastec Inc (MTZ[11]): MTZ stock is down 2.0% today.
- Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. (CBI[12]): CBI stock is down 1.9% today.
- Fastenal Company (FAST[13]): FAST stock is down 1.8%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Timken Company (TKR[14]): TKR stock is down 1.6% today and down 28.3% in the last month.
- Esterline Technologies Corp (ESL[15]): ESL stock is down 1.6% today.
