Transportation stocks rose 0.5% on Wall Street so far on Tuesday.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.2%, the Nasdaq increased 0.3% and the S&P 500 pushed 0.2% higher.

Some of the biggest gainers among transportation stocks include:

• Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc (RRTS[1]): RRTS stock is up 2.0% today.

• Spirit Airlines Inc (SAVE[2]): SAVE stock is up 1.6% today.

• United Continental Holdings (UAL[3]): UAL stock is up 1.6% today.

• Guangshen Railway Company (GSH[4]): GSH stock is up 1.5%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Swift Transportation Company (SWFT[5]): SWFT stock is up 1.2% today.

• Knight Transportation (KNX[6]): KNX stock is up 1.2%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Delta Air Lines Inc (DAL[7]): DAL stock is up 1.2% today.

• Forward Air Corp (FWRD[8]): FWRD stock is up 1.2%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Werner Enterprises (WERN[9]): WERN stock is up 1.2% today.

• Seaspan Corp (SSW[10]): SSW stock is up 1.1% today.

• Gaslog Ltd (GLOG[11]): GLOG stock is down 2.0% today.

• China Eastern Airlines Corp Ltd (CEA[12]): CEA stock is down 1.2% today.

• Navios Maritime Partners LP (NMM[13]): NMM stock is down 0.5% today.

• Scorpio Tankers Inc (STNG[14]): STNG stock is down 0.4% today.

• China Southern Airlines Company (ZNH[15]): ZNH stock is down 0.3% today.
