The deal between Netflix and Disney will make the streaming service the exclusive provider of online viewing for Disney’s live-action and animated feature films. The financial details of the deal between the two companies are currently unknown, reports Variety.
The deal between the two companies will start by including feature films released in 2015. This will include movies from Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilm, Marvel and more, Variety notes.
The Disney-Netflix deal will have the streaming service offering Disney films online eight months after they have left theaters.
