Target is showing the app off as an easy way to make purchases outside of its stores. It also confirmed that the app works with its back-to-school catalog. The app doesn’t require any bar codes to be scanned and is currently available for devices running Apple’s (AAPL) iOS, PC Magazine notes.

The In a Snap app is currently still being tested and users of it are asked to send feedback to Target.

TGT shares were up 1% as of Wednesday afternoon.
