Developer Offers Free Tesla Model S to Buyer of Brooklyn Condo

The developer of a Brooklyn condo is offering whoever buys it[1] a free Tesla Motors’ (TSLA[2]) Model S.
[3]The Brooklyn condo features 3,200 square feet, a two-story courtyard, an outdoor kitchen, a garage and a garden. The condo runs for $6 million. It will also come with the free Tesla Model S and a charging station for it built into the garage. The total cost of the high-end Model S is roughly $88,000 reports New York Magazine.
Eitan Baron, the president of Greenstone and developer of the condo, said that he fought to keep the garage in the design of the condo. He said that it adds to the location, which used to be a motorcycle repair shop. The price of the condo was set at $6 million with or without the Tesla Model S.
Property Markets, a luxury condo developer, is also offering free Tesla Model S vehicles[4] to the future owners of three penthouse condos located in Miami.
