Walmart’s (WMT) U.S. division is getting a new CEO in Gregory Foran.

Gregory Foran will be replacing Bill Simon as the CEO of Walmart U.S. Simon decided to step down after serving as the American CEO for the company since June 2010. Simon said in a release that he felt it was “the right time to move on and focus on my next opportunity,” USA Today notes.

Here are a few facts about his replacement, Gregory Foran, as listed by USA Today.

  • Foran will take over as the U.S. CEO of Walmart on August 9.
  • His yearly salary will be $950,000.
  • Foran has been in the retail indusrty for 35 years.
  • He is 53 years old.
  • Foran’s previous roles at Walmart include being CEO of China and head of its Asian business.
