More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average pushed 0.5% higher, the Nasdaq climbed 0.5% and the S&P 500 increased 0.5%.

• Pepsico Inc (PEP[2]): PEP stock is up 1.5% today.

• Kellogg Company (K[3]): K stock is up 1.0% today.

• Estee Lauder Companies (EL[4]): EL stock is up 1.0% today.

• Vector Group Ltd (VGR[5]): VGR stock is up 0.9%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Philip Morris International Inc (PM[6]): PM stock is up 1.0% today.

• Unilever Nv (UN[7]): UN stock is up 0.9% today.

• British American Tobacco Industries (BTI[8]): BTI stock is up 0.8% today.

• Starbucks Corp (SBUX[9]): SBUX stock is up 0.8% today.

• The Andersons (ANDE[10]): ANDE stock is up 0.8%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

Some of the biggest losers among consumer noncyclical stocks include:

• Constellation Brands Inc (STZ[11]): STZ stock is down 1.2%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Embotell Andna Sa B (AKO.B[12]): AKO.B stock is down 1.1%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Keurig Green Mountain Inc. (GMCR[13]): GMCR stock is down 0.7% today.

• Post Holdings Inc. (POST[14]): POST stock is down 0.6% today.

• Embotell Andina Sa A (AKO.A[15]): AKO.A stock is down 0.6%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
