Tesla Motors (TSLA) has expanded its board and has now included a female member in Robyn Denholm.

tsla-teslaDenholm is the CFO of Juniper Networks (JNPR) and will join Tesla’s board on Monday. This will make her the only female member on the board. The rest of the board members at the electric car maker includes seven men. Denholm isn’t the first female member on the board, but Laurie Yoler, who entered the board in 2008, left in 2013, reports Fortune.

Denholm will be taking over the responsibilities of former board member Brad Buss. This will have her leading the company’s audit committee, serving on the compensation committee and another committee for nominating and corporate governance, Bloomberg reports.

“We have built a company that draws on diverse, exceptional talent from all over the world,” Tesla told Fortune. “Diversity is one of the many factors we consider when hiring and recruiting, and we are fortunate to benefit from a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and ideas from our employees.”

TSLA shares were up 1% as of Thursday afternoon.
