The plane was heading to Dallas from San Diego when it was diverted to Phoenix, reports Mashable.

The Twitter (TWTR) bomb threat was issued shortly after Sony’s PlayStation Network suffered a distributed denial of service attack. Two hacker groups, Lizard Squad and Famed God, have claimed credit for the PlayStation Network attack, Mashable notes.

Lizard Squad may not have a problem just with Sony. According to the group’s Twitter page, it has also been attempting to hack Microsoft’s (MSFT) Xbox Live servers and claims to have succeeded to some degree.
