Nicholas Rotundo, 23, was arrested after he allegedly sent threats to expose nude photos of a former University of Texas classmate if more nudes weren’t sent to him. The first batch of nude photos were obtained by Rotundo as part of a scam that promised women money for photos of their breasts, reports Time.

The nude photos scam was allegedly started by the Google employee in 2013 and claimed to be obtaining photos of women’s breast for a study. Shortly after this, the former classmate was sent an email asking for the additional nudes. The FBI traced the emails back to Rotundo, who has pleaded not guilty to a charge of computer intrusion and two charges of cyberstalking, Time notes.

Rotundo faces a maximum of 11 years in prison and and isn’t allowed to use the internet while out on bail.
