The Amazon (AMZN) Diversity Report was released on Friday.

amazon-diversity-report-amznThe Amazon Diversity Report breaks down the company’s workforce and lists the different genders races of employees that work for it. The report includes data concerning the company’s global and U.S. workforce. The global data is up to date as of September 2014 and the U.S. data is up to date as of July 2014.

Here are a few highlights from the Amazon Diversity Report.

  • The overall global gender of Amazon workers is 63% male and 37% female.
  • The global gender of managers at the company is 75% male and 25% female.
  • In the U.S., 60% of worker are White, 15% are Black, 13% are Asian, 9% are Hispanic and 3% makes up the rest.
  • Amazon managers in the U.S. are 71% White, 18% Asian, 4% Hispanic, 4% Black and 3% are catergorized as Other.
