The Day Zero pack promises to let players experience the game a full day before everyone else, reports Gotta Be Mobile.

Perks offered in the Day Zero version of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare include Double XP for online multiplayer. However, many users are having trouble connecting to servers and have been unable to play the game. There are also reports of bonus items from preorders not be given to players and other issues. Some of these problems have fixes, but others are still present in the game, Gotta Be Mobile notes.

Here are some complaints from some Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare owners that were posted to Twitter (TWTR).

  • “Can’t connext to Xbox live multiplayer. Says it’s not available.”
  • “Is their anyway to fix the xbox one download glitch so I don’t have to download for 12 hours again.”
  • “It’s a good thing I pre downloaded the game so I could download it again.”
  • “It’s no wonder there’s day 0 release cause by day 1 you can actually have it downloaded that’s how long it takes.”
  • “I downloaded the 360 digital copy and tried to download the free xbox one upgrade but is asking me to pay again.”

ATVI shares were down 1% as of Tuesday afternoon.
