What’s new on Netflix (NFLX) for 2015?
As the new year approaches, movie buffs and casual watchers have plenty to be excited about. The online streaming service is adding quality for the January selection of new TV and film.
Netflix is including several timeless classics including the John Wayne classic The Quiet Man, a romantic comedy about an American athlete who finds love in Ireland.
Contemporary gems such as Cast Away and Mean Girls — the “chick flick” everyone seems to love — will also make their way to the service in 2015.
Additionally, Netflix is beefing up its TV selection with all 10 seasons of Friends and a new Netflix original based on the legend of Puss in Boots–part cat, part hustler.
Check out the best of the Netflix January 2015 selection on the next few slides. These will be available for streaming on Jan. 1 unless noted.
NFLX stock is up 0.55% Monday afternoon.
