Valentine’s Day Flowers: Whole Foods to Undercut Florists on Roses

Whole Foods Market (NASDAQ:WFM) has announced that it will be offering Valentine’s Day flowers for cheap prices.

The offerings includes either a dozen red roses, a dozen non-red roses or a bouquet of 20 tulips. Two-hour delivery costs $3.99, one-hour delivery costs $5.99 and first-time users of the service get free delivery, reports USA Today.

Those that order Valentine’s Day flowers through Whole Foods can also include a hand-written message with the delivery. The retailer is also offering to ship chocolates, lotions and other items for a romantic evening with the flowers, USA Today notes.
