More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average declined 0.2%, the Nasdaq was down 0.1% and the S&P 500 fell 0.2%.

Some of the biggest gainers among consumer noncyclical stocks include:

• Avon Products (AVP): AVP stock is up 2.9%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Vina Concha Y Toro (VCO): VCO stock is up 2.5% today.

• Brown Forman Inc A (BF.A): BF.A stock is up 1.9%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Brown Forman Inc B (BF.B): BF.B stock is up 1.5%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Keurig Green Mountain Inc. (GMCR): GMCR stock is up 1.1%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Sanderson Farms (SAFM): SAFM stock is up 0.9%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Compania Cervecerias Unidas S.A. (CCU): CCU stock is up 0.9% today.

• Constellation Brands Inc (STZ): STZ stock is up 0.9% today.

• J.M. Smucker Company (SJM): SJM stock is up 0.8% today.

• Universal Corp (UVV): UVV stock is up 0.6% today.

Some of the biggest losers among consumer noncyclical stocks include:

• Adecoagro S.A. (AGRO): AGRO stock is down 1.4% today.

• Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM): ADM stock is down 0.8%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Cal-Maine Foods (CALM): CALM stock is down 0.7% today.

• Church & Dwight Company (CHD): CHD stock is down 0.5% today.

• Nu Skin Enterprises (NUS): NUS stock is down 0.5% today.

• Estee Lauder Companies (EL): EL stock is down 0.5% today.

• Usana Health Sciences Inc (USNA): USNA stock is down 0.4% today.

• Ecolab Inc (ECL): ECL stock is down 0.2% today.

• Starbucks Corp (SBUX): SBUX stock is down 0.2% today.

• Hormel Foods Corp (HRL): HRL stock is down 0.2% today.
