McDonald’s All-Day Breakfast Is NOT What You Think

McDonald’s (MCD) all-day breakfast may not have what customers want on the menu depending on the area they live in.

McDonald’s all-day breakfast will include limited menu items that are offered in different locations. These menu limitations mean that some of the fast-food chain’s locations will only carry biscuit breakfast items while others carry McMuffin menu items, reports Eater.

While the news that menu items will be limited by location may disappoint some fans of McDonald’s all-day breakfast, it’s not all bad news. No matter what market a store is in, it will carry hotcakes, sausage burritos, hash browns, oatmeal and parfaits. Limitations are likely in place to ensure that all locations have sufficient grill space for breakfast and lunch menus, Eater notes.

McDonald’s all-day breakfast offering will start on Oct. 6 in the United States. The fast-food chain has said that it’s willing to help pay for changes that franchisees will have to make to their stores to offer breakfast throughout the day.
