Nataki Williams, a former vice president at Viacom, claims she was fired from the company for opposing a plan to move rights for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to the Netherlands in an effort to avoid taxes. She claims the company also planned to do this with other properties, such as SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer, reports Reuters.

Viacom argues that it fired Williams because she claimed maternity benefits that weren’t available to her. The father of her child also has the last name Williams, but the two aren’t married. However, it claims she received spouse benefits, but Williams says the mistake was Viacom’s fault, Reuters notes.

Williams claims that another vice president at Viacom told fiance employees not to mention the tax avoidance plans in emails. She claims this started in 2013 and that she opposed the plan. Williams was fired in 2014 during her third month of maternity leave, reports Bloomberg.
