The October selection of new movies coming out has been announced.
The month’s major releases includes the new Jack Reacher film, several scary films as we gear up for Halloween, and the new Tyler Perry comedy, which is inspired by the pumpkin holiday.
In the new Jack Reacher film, Tom Cruise reprises his role as the title character. The film is being directed by Edward Zwick and it also stars Cobie Smulders in what promises to be an action-packed favorite this fall.
Meanwhile, the new Tyler Perry is the 17th film being directed by him, which he also acted in, wrote and produced.

Also, check out the new October releases for those subscribed to Amazon Prime Video. The selection includes a variety of classics such as the Lethal Weapon franchise, as well as comedy favorites such as Happy Gilmore.
