iPhone 7 LTE Modules: Apple has two different LTE modules in the iPhone 7 and they can affect performance, reports MacRumors. A breakdown of the two different LTE modules in the iPhone 7 has been released and one is better than the other. The iPhone 7 gets its LTE modules from both Qualcomm, Inc. (NASDAQ:QCOM) and Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC). Tests of the smartphones found that the one with the Qualcomm LTE module performed better than the iPhone 7 with an LTE module from Intel.

MacBook Pro OLED Bar: Apple has filed a trademark that may be connected to its rumored MacBook Pro update, AppleInsider notes. The new trademark is for the “Magic Toolbar.” This is likely the name of the OLED function bar that rumors claim is coming to in the MacBook Pro refresh. The name matches up with other products from the tech company, such as the  Magic Mouse and Magic Keyboard. The trademark was filed by Presto Apps America LLC, which is believed to be one of AAPL’s shell companies.

iPhone Keyboard: One developer has discovered an unused iPhone keyboard, reports 9to5Mac. The new keyboard found by the developer is designed for one-handed use. This includes the ability to copy and paste text by swiping the edges of the device’s screen. The keyboard appears to have a finished look to it and works well, according to the developer. It’s unknown why it hasn’t been released yet, but it has been in the code since iOS 8.
