15 of the fast food giant’s workers have claimed sexual harassment, most of which were cases where their superior were inappropriate. Fight for $15 is the name of the organization which has a long history of organizing strikes and protests for sexually harassed workers.

13 of the people who filed complaints were women, while the other two were men. In one case, a Flint, Michigan manager sent pictures of his genitals to a woman and said he wanted to “do things” with her.

In a Folsom, California case, a woman said her superior offered her $1,000 to perform oral sex on him. These cases were taken to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against McDonald’s and individual franchises in eight states over the last month.

“As the country’s second-largest employer, McDonald’s has a responsibility to set standards in both the fast-food industry and the economy overall,” Kendall Fells, organizing director for Fight for $15, said in a statement.

McDonald’s spokeswoman Terri Hickey commented on the matter, saying the company and its independent owner-operators are making an effort to make the company a respectful one to both men and women.

All complaints claim the fast food franchise is responsible for these violations due to the fact that the work environment is controlled by McDonald’s.

MCD shares are down 0.1% Wednesday.
