Leading the Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) rumor mill today is news of wireless charging in the next iPhone. Today, we’ll look at that and other Apple Rumors for Tuesday.

Apple Rumors, 4.7-inch iPhone 8, Wireless Charging, AAPLWireless Charging: A new rumor claims that Apple will add wireless charging to its next 4.7-inch iPhone, reports BGR. This rumor comes from KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. According to Kuo, the tech company will release a 4.7-inch iPhone next year that will have glass casing and a battery that supports wireless charging. Kuo is also expecting many iPhone owners will upgrade to the new device due to the extra features and redesign.

iMac Hinge Refunds: Apple is going to start refunding customers that paid for it to repair iMac hinges, MacRumors notes. The problem with the iMac computers would cause the screen to constantly tilt forward. The company was charging more than $100 to replcae the broken piece. Now it is planning to refund customers that had the repair done. The problem was mostly present in iMac Models from late 2012 and late 2013.

Obsolete Devices: Apple is planning to make some of its devices obsolete on Dec. 31, 2016, reports 9to5Mac. The tech company is adding the 15-inch and 17-inch versions of the MacBook Pro from late 2011 to the obsolete list at the end of December. It will also mark the Mac mini from early 2009 as obsolete at this time. The final device that AAPL is adding to the obsolete list next month is the 13-inch MacBook from mid 2009. The tech company won’t repair obsolete devices and doesn’t offer offical support for them.
