A short opportunity looks to be setting up in the Philly Oil Services Index (OSX). But don’t get in too early: I’m looking for a bounce in the OSX before it ultimately drops down below the $200 area. And remember, often the best shorts are already in motion and you’ll get a counter-trend rally.
