Delaware is launching a full suite of Internet gambling which includes all the major casino games.
USA Today reports that The First State has become the first state to introduce such a suite with blackjack, poker, roulette and slots. The move comes as the governor looks to make Delaware relevant in the casino industry again after posting poor numbers compared to neighboring states. The suite will be available to Delaware residents by Nov. 8.
The only other state with online gambling is Nevada but their laws limit gambling to poker. New Jersey is following Delaware’s lead in late November by legalizing online gambling and there are other states such as Pennsylvania that are considering it.
