March 31 is the deadline to sign up for the Affordable Care Act (ACA) through Healthcare.gov, but the website suffered another setback today. The website’s new technical problem prevented last-minute users from signing up for ACA less than 12 hours before the Obamacare deadline.

Health and Human Services spokesman Aaron Albright said that technicians identified the issue and solved it later. He added that more than 100,000 people are using the system at the same time.

Healthcare.gov caused technical difficulties for many users earlier today in a separate incident in which the website crashed. The Obamacare deadline will be extended for in-process applicants who don’t complete their application on March 31.
