West Virginia Democrats who dislike President Barack Obama voiced their opinions by voting for a prison inmate in the state’s Democratic presidential primary on Tuesday.

Keith Judd, an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Texarkana, Texas received 41% of the vote. Obama garnered 59%.

In West Virginia, candidates who win 15% of the vote during a primary election qualify for representation from a delegate to the Democratic National Convention, according to The Associated Press[1]. That won’t be happening in Judd’s case. Derek Scarbro, the state’s Democratic party executive director  told the AP that no one has filed to be a delegate for Judd.
