Jonas Brothers Sued by ‘Crushed’ Concertgoer

Woman claims crowd injured her during a 2010 show

The Jonas Brothers pop group is being sued by a woman over an incident that occurred at a concert three years ago.

Ashleigh Johnson is suing Jonas Brothers Enterprises, the group’s management firm, and Caruso Management, for negligence, NBC News reports. She claims that they provided insufficient security during a free show the group put on at The Grove in Los Angeles in 2010.

Johnson, who was caught in the crush of fans at the show, claims she suffered serious injury after being pinned against a metal fence. She also says she went through “great mental … and nervous pain.”

No damages were specified in the complaint. There is no response to the suit from the defendants, yet.
