Buffett has been holding the auction for 14 consecutive years. Proceeds benefit GLIDE, a charity that serves disadvantaged people.

Bidders have paid more than $15 million to have lunch with Buffett since the auction was started in 2000. An unnamed bidder paid $3.5 million for the privilege last year.

The minimum bid in the auction is $25,000.
