A new development in the Madeleine McCann disappearance in has emerged as British police have released two computer-generated images of a man connected with the case.

NBC News reports that the Metropolitan Police[1] released the images on Monday which were reconstructed thanks to descriptions from two eye-witnesses. McCann disappeared on May 3, 2007 in her parents’ Praia de Luz resort in Portugal and authorities believe that she could still be alive.

Authorities used a method to reconstruct the image of the man called Electronic Facial Identification Technique. Additionally, they are examining every cell phone number used around the time of McCann’s disappearance in Praia de Luz. The police also released an image in 2012 of what McCann might look like as a 9 year old.
