Disney Adds More Online Content For DISH Network Subscribers

Disney (DIS[1]) has taken its partnership with DISH Network (DISH[2]) to a new level by offering plenty of online content to DISH subscribers.

Disney[3]The deal[4] allows users to access all of the network’s “WATCH” apps which give users access to plenty of entertainment, news, sports and more. The move applies to computers, smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles and connected devices.

The 14 million DISH subscribers now have access to Disney’s channels including WATCH ABC, WATCH ABC Family, WATCH Disney Channel and WATCH Disney XD.

Subscribers can also access plenty of sports news and live programming through ESPN’s channels. These include ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3, ESPNU, ESPNEWS and ESPN Deportes.

DIS stock is up about 1.5% Tuesday. DISH stock is up close to 2.5%.
