Hyatt Upgrade Sends H Stock Higher on Monday

Hyatt Hotels (H) shares received an upgrade that sent H stock up Monday afternoon.

HyattStefil Nicolaus changed its rating for the company’s stock from “hold” to “buy.” Equity researchers from the firm said that the upgrade was a matter of valuation.

Analysts have set the price target for Hyatt at $67. The company announced its second-quarter earnings on July 31st, reporting $0.47 earnings per share. The consensus estimate for H stock was $0.45.

Hyatt reported revenue of $1.16 billion for the quarter, falling short of the consensus estimate of $1.18 billion.

H stock is up about 2.4% Monday afternoon.
