According to Mashable, Apple’s new pricing for its iCloud services are as follows:

  • 5GB of cloud storage for free.
  • 99 cents a month for 20GB of storage.
  • $3.99 a month for 200GB of storage.
  • $9.99 a month for 500GB of sotrage.
  • $19.99 a month for 1TB of storage.

While these prices are indeed lower than what Apple previous offered for iCloud storage, they are somewhat expensive when compared to other cloud storage services. Both Google (GOOG) and Dropbox offer 1TB of cloud storage for $9.99 a month, reports Mashable.

Apple’s iCloud has been receiving flak lately after a group of hackers stole nude photos of several celebrities and shared them on the internet. The images were shared on 4chan and over 100 celebrities may have been affected. The tech company has denied that its services were at fault for the leak.
