HuffPost 24 will include plenty of original content, including live programming, short-form video, original series, documentaries and other video. The move comes two years after the launch of HuffPost Live.
The move was announced Thursday by Huffington Post founder and editor-in-chief Arianna Huffington. HuffPost 24 will be available in a variety of platforms such as the HuffPost website, apps, over-the-top and as VOD content.
“Being able to produce video that can be consumed both by over-the-top and mobile is a huge priority for us,” said Huffington.
The publication is looking to become 50-50 video, she added.
