Starbucks Corporation (SBUX) is being sued for putting too much ice in its iced drinks.

Starbucks Lawsuit, Ice, SBUXThe lawsuit against Starbucks was filed by Chicago resident Stacy Pincus. She claims that the company doesn’t properly advertise how much liquid drink customers are getting when ordering an iced drink and that it’s been cheating customers. The lawsuit is seeking $5 million.

Starbucks said that it remakes drinks that customers aren’t satisfied with and that those that order iced drinks expect to get ice in them. Pincus claims that a 24-ounce drink from the chain actually only contains 14 ounces of liquid and the rest is ice, reports CNNMoney.

“Starbucks’ Cold Drinks are underfilled to make more money and higher profits, to the detriment of consumers who are misled by Starbucks’ intentionally misleading advertising practices,” a section of the lawsuit obtained by Fortune claims.
