Lackluster Industry Group Rank Penalizes BHP Billiton (BBL) Rating

Currently, BHP Billiton Plc (NYSE:BBL) has a Hold using Louis Navellier's methodology for investing and his Portfolio Grader stock evaluator. BBL has maintained this ranking for the last month.
