The Options Industry Council (OIC) was created to educate investors and their financial advisors about the benefits and risks of exchange-traded equity options. its sponsors include BATS Options, the Boston Options Exchange, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the International Securities Exchange, NASDAQ OMX PHLX, NASDAQ Options Market, NYSE Amex, NYSE Arca and The Options Clearing Corporation.
