Here are your Apple rumors and AAPL news items for today:

iPad: A new rumor claims that Apple (AAPL) is working on an iPad Pro, reports Epoch Times. According to the new rumor, the iPad Pro will feature a 12.9-inch screen and that it could also be a 4K screen. Rumors claim that the iPad Pro will be a mixture of an iPad and a MacBook and that it will include a stylus, which has been dubbed the iPen.

Flash: A new image that is claimed to be of a part from an iPhone 6 has hit the net, MacRumors notes. The new image shows what could be the flash for the upcoming iPhone. The LED shown in the image would appear to be a new version of the pill-shaped one that appeared in the iPhone 5s. It appears to be a new version of the “True Tone” LED and has white and amber LEDs. This adds credence to the leaked images as some have believed Apple wouldn’t be willing to drop the feature from the next version of its phone.

Display: A series of images that have been leaked show what could possibly be a fully-assembled display for the 4.7-inch version of the iPhone 6, reports AppleInsider. The image shows a trimmed down bezel that accommodates for the increased screen size of the 4.7-inch iPhone 6. Images of the back of the display show the possible backlight for the upcoming smartphone. The images don’t show the electromagnetic shielding that has been on past models of the iPhone, but it’s completely possible that it could be added in later.
