Images show that the band of the device is blackened and he has two burns marks on his arm. The tech company has conducted an investigation into the matter and claims that there is no evidence that the burns came from its wearable. Instead, it said it’s likely that the burns came from an external source.

Mirage: Mitsubishi will start offering Apple CarPlay in the U.S. with its 2017 Mirage, AppleInsider notes. Mitsubishi didn’t release the exact details of its dashboard system, but did say that it will launch the 2017 Mirage during Spring 2016. This isn’t the first of the comapny’s cars to support CarPlay. The feature is also supported in its 2016 Pajero. However, it was limited to residents living in Australia and a few European countries. The car will also support Google’s Android Auto feature.

Pay: Apple Pay will reportedly launch in China early next year, reports The Wall Street Journal. According to unnamed sources, the tech company is preparing to launch its payment service in China in early February. This report claims that AAPL has reached agreements with four state-run banks in the country to support Pay. It’s unknown how much of a transaction fee the company would charge in China and it will still have to overcome strict regulations. It’s possible that the company wants to get the service up and running before the start of China’s Spring Festival.
