The GM version of iOS 8 is available to registered developers through iOS Developer Center. This release comes before the September 17 public release of the operating system. It also confirms a previous rumor that claimed iOS 8 beta 5 would be the final beta of the new operating system before it was released to the public. Devices that will be able to update to iOS 8 include iPhones after the 4s, the iPad 2 and iPad mini and the 5th generation iPod.

Watch: Apple announced at its launch event today that the Apple Watch, previously rumored to be called the iWatch, will be released in 2015, AppleInsider notes. The Watch is scheduled to be available for purchase in early 2015 and will have a starting price of $349. The device will come in two screen sizes, will have three different styles and can have six different types of watch bands. There is also going to be a 18-karat gold version of the wearable device, but its price wasn’t announced.

iPhone: Apple announced the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus at its event on Tuesday along with prices for the upcoming devices, reports BGR. The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will include 16GB, 64GB and 128GB versions. The iPhone 6 will cost $199 for the 16GB version, $299 for the 64GB version and $399 for the 128GB version. The iPhone 6 Plus will cost $299 for the 16GB version, $399 for the 64GB version and$499 for the 128GB version. Both of the new iPhones will go on sale on September 19 and preorders start on September 12.
